Your Zioan installation keeps running on your server with the features and version you had at the time of cancellation. You won't receive new updates or priority support, but your data and workspace stay exactly where they are, on your server, under your control. You can resubscribe anytime to pick up updates and support again.

Claude lives directly inside the Zioan chat. You bring your own Claude subscription, and it works as a private AI coworker with full context across your workspace: documents, tasks, CRM records, calendar, and conversations. Ask it to build a report, draft a document, find tasks related to a client, or summarize what happened on a project this week. It renders tables, charts, diagrams, and collapsible summaries right in the chat. It respects your team's permissions, so each person only gets answers based on what they can access.

AI is completely optional. Teams that don't want it can turn it off. Zioan also supports connecting external AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini through an open integration layer with 160+ workspace tools.

Yes. Zioan includes a built-in appointment system that works like Calendly but connects to your CRM and calendar. Create booking pages with custom questions, set your availability, and embed a scheduling widget on any website. When someone books a meeting, it automatically creates a calendar event with a video call link, sends notifications, and logs the appointment in your CRM. No separate scheduling tool needed.

Self-hosted means your data never leaves your server. Host in the EU for full compliance. Zioan includes built-in cookie consent banners, editable privacy policies, and audit trails. No data ever touches our servers. For teams that want managed infrastructure, we offer hosting packages in Germany.

Documents can be imported from Markdown, PDF, DOCX, HTML, and URLs. For chat history and task data from other platforms, you'd need to recreate those manually or use the MCP integration to help with migration. We're working on dedicated import tools for popular platforms.

Zioan is a web application that works on any device with a browser. It's responsive and works on phones and tablets. There isn't a dedicated native mobile app right now.

Yes. Upload your company logo for the navbar (light and dark versions), customize the login page, configure the dashboard layout, and edit the privacy policies and legal text. The guest portal shows your branding, not ours.

Guest portals let your clients log in, see their allowed resources, and chat with their assigned moderator. Auto-welcome messages, per-resource sharing, and fine-grained permissions mean each client only sees what you want them to see. Guest accounts are unlimited and included at no extra cost.
